To ensure continuity of cover, payment must be received within 2 working days, prior to the renewal date. Working days are 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

In order to help us find your policy sooner, please provide your Client Reference Number. This 7-8 digits long number can be found on your renewal instruction document. If you cannot find your Client Reference Number, then you may still proceed and we will contact you in the event that we cannot identify your policy without it.
